A quick half hour call to understand your requirements, then we go through your brief: goals, deadlines, budget, usage, and existing assets. You get a written scope with deliverables, milestones, risks, and a clear approval path (fixed bid or day-rate).
We define the look and story with a tight treatment, moodboards, and 1 to 3 styleframes, then build an animatic to block cameras and timing. Blueprint is locked.
We prep assets (CAD/FBX/OBJ, labels, color specs), handle 3d modeling/UVs/texturing/rigging/animation, and create a clean shader/material library with naming conventions.
We light, and render final passes (beauty, cryptomatte, AO, Z-depth, normals & other 3D passes as required). Use AI (cleanup, inpaint, alt plates, upscale) is used only when it saves time without hurting quality. Look/exposure gets approved, then we push full-res masters.
Compositing, color grade, titles/captions, Editing and QC. Final delivery format as required (ProRes + H.264) with social cut-downs (16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1), thumbnails, and key stills.
